Children’s experiences in early childhood fundamentally impact their entire lives and set the foundation for how they go on to thrive as individuals. This is why our job to nurture and educate the youngest of society is so valuable, important and rewarding.

We recognise that our team is the most important aspect of our nursery. We also know that working in early years can be emotionally and physically demanding at times, which is even more of a reason for us to look after you!

Do you want to work in a fabulous location with fabulous people? If so, we want to hear from you!

We will support you to gain childcare qualifications whilst you work within an experienced and supportive environment.

Woodhams Farm Day Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children: applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers, and obtaining an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services certificate. Staff will receive appropriate safeguarding training which is regularly updated.

All our team are supported and valued to thrive in their roles and beyond. We have a culture of positive mind-set and endless enthusiasm for building skills for life for our team and children. We have a high expectation for achievements and promote growth in all that we do, whether that be progression through roles and responsibilities or depth of knowledge in your current role. We are keen to reflect and adapt to ensure we are being the best we can be for us and the children.
